Introduction
Established in 1968, CMTA is a top 100 mechanical/electrical engineering firm that specializes in sustainable (green) design and technology. We work primarily in health care and education (K - 12 and higher ed).
CMTA has three primary values that are incorporated into all our work.
Philosophy
First, we view our clients as partners and work to ensure that our partnership succeeds from inception through design to completion.
Second, because our client partners’ success is our success, we strive to exceed their expectations on every project. In order to accomplish this we involve our client partners in every aspect of the design process. We deliver exceptional documents and provide outstanding customer service.
Third, we believe that we must meet the needs of today without compromising the needs of future generations. Early in our design process we introduce sustainable high performance design principles to our client partners. Successful sustainable high performance design comes from collaboration between the building owners, the architects and engineers and the operations staff and needs to be integrated throughout design and construction.
